Cancellation Policy
By accepting these T&C's, you confirm that you have read the T&C's page on the Website and have agreed our terms. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Changes to appointments must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled time to be eligible for a refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations or rescheduling within the 48-hour window of the appointment. If a refund is requested and is before the 48 hours booked time, then an admin fee of £25 will be applicable. Dress Code: - Motorbike gloves are required. - Leather boots that cover the ankle are mandatory; no shoes or sports wear allowed. - Wear suitable clothing; no ripped clothing or thin materials for safety. If you fail to wear the suitable clothing for your own safety, your course will be cancelled and no refund will be issued. Use of Mobile Phones, Cameras, and Recording Devices To ensure the safety, privacy, and focus of all participants, the following rules apply while on the training area of the site, including during any sessions with instructors or while using bikes provided: No Mobile Phones or Electronic Devices: The use of mobile phones, tablets, smartwatches, or any other electronic devices is strictly prohibited within the training area during sessions, unless expressly permitted by an instructor for emergency use. No Photography or Video Recording: Taking photos or recording videos of any kind is not allowed in the training area. This includes filming other participants, instructors, bikes, training activities, or the surrounding environment. Respect for Privacy and Safety: These restrictions are in place to protect the privacy of all individuals on site and to maintain a distraction-free environment focused on safety and skill development. Breach of Policy: Any breach of these terms may result in removal from the training area and possible exclusion from future sessions. Devices may be temporarily held by staff if used in violation of these conditions. Permission for Media Use: If media is required for promotional or educational purposes, prior written consent must be obtained from management and all identifiable individuals featured. By entering the training area, participants agree to abide by these terms. Failure to comply may result in removal from the site without refund.
