Complaints & Appeals Policy

Quickstart Motorcycle Training Ltd aims to give all our students a professional and positive training experience. If you are unhappy with any part of your training, we want to know so we can put things right.

Complaints

If you wish to make a complaint:

  1. Speak to your instructor during your course if you can – most issues can be sorted straight away.

  2. If that doesn’t resolve the problem, please contact our office in writing within 7 days of your course:

We will:

  • Acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days.

  • Review the issue fairly (including checking instructor notes and, where relevant, bodycam footage).

  • Provide you with a written response within 14 working days where possible.

Appeals

If you feel you were treated unfairly in the outcome of your training:

  1. Please submit your appeal in writing within 7 days of your course.

  2. A manager not directly involved in your training will review the decision.

  3. You will be given a written outcome. The decision of management is final.

Our Commitment

We take all complaints and appeals seriously and will treat you fairly and with respect throughout the process.
